true, but given that it is on a morning kids timeslot, it is acceptable that the target demographic is little kids, but has literary content that is acceptable for the appeal to teens and adults. censorship in japan finds kids more capable of handling certain content than american censorship. the sad truth is, there is some BS to that dogma because power rangers has delved in darker or more serious content before on a kids block, and there were no problems and had great results in terms of ratings and sales-most notably, timeforce. megaforce doesn't have any excuse to be a lesser series that timeforce can't deflect; content, acting, writing, sales, ratings, target demographic? and time force was crippled by the developments of 9/11 and it still was what i currently believe to be "the perfect season".....
well, based on albert camus' postulates, everyone fights because they want to. some want to fight because it's fun, some want to fight because they feel a sense of duty-but everyone fights because they choose to. heck, jason et al could just beat up the putties unmorphed and keep walking to the city on foot. they morphed because they chose to. if kabuto is required to fight only because the kabuto zect only wants him to be kabuto, then it doesn't mean he HAS to fight worms. it just means that no one will ever have the oppertunity to fight the worms AS kabuto. tommy even told connor that it's cool if he wasn't a ranger at all....the team simply wouldn't a red ranger
Yes. I love Super Sentai/Power Rangers, but Kamen Rider is something totally different!
I'm not sure why people I know think it's PR, especially after Kamen Rider Dragon Knight aired a few years back. The one kid I know who knows it's called Kamen Rider hates it since his brother is extremely obsessed with it (the kid who thought that is nice though)
you might hate me for saying this....but i actually liked dragon knight....in fact, to some extent, more than ryuki. i mainly had only 2 issues with the show, and they both could have been solved with just one alteration that after telling it to steve wang in 2010, even he agreed was a good idea that he wished he thought of, and wished that he hired me as his exec producer at the getgo.
don't you hate those coulda-shoulda-woulda changes in history that would have been better than the way they really happened?
